Case Description
This project is located in Uzbekistan, where Sinokle Technology provided a circulating water treatment solution for a large local refinery. During operation, the refinery's circulating water system gradually accumulates oil and suspended solids. If not treated in a timely manner, this can reduce heat exchange equipment efficiency, increase energy consumption, and pose environmental pollution risks.
Based on the operating conditions of this project, Sinokle selected the Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover (two units) as the core treatment equipment. This equipment utilizes the coalescence principle to gradually merge finely dispersed oil droplets in the water into larger droplets under pressure-driven flow, which then rapidly float to the surface for separation. Combined with filtration to capture suspended solids, it achieves highly efficient purification of circulating water.
This project is a benchmark engineering achievement for Sinokle in the field of refinery circulating water treatment in Central Asia. It fully demonstrates the reliability and cost-effectiveness of the company's coalescing pressure oil removal equipment in large-scale circulating water treatment applications, and has built a valuable track record for further expansion into energy and chemical markets across Central Asia and countries along the Belt and Road.
