This project is located in Weifang, Shandong, China. The client is a private petrochemical enterprise. The plant produces large volumes of desalting wastewater with extremely high oil content reaching up to 250,000 mg/L. The complex water quality and extreme difficulty of treatment presented significant technical challenges.

Sinokle adopted the Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover + CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation combined process. A key feature of this solution is that it uses purely physical separation technology - no chemical agents are required. This not only realizes waste oil recovery and reuse but also does not produce oily sludge or hazardous waste. The skid-mounted design offers a compact footprint, high automation, and easy maintenance.

This project demonstrates Sinokle's technical advantage in ultra-high concentration desalting wastewater treatment. By eliminating the need for chemical agents, it saves chemical costs while achieving win-win outcomes for both environmental protection and economic benefits.
