CAFU, short for Coalescing Agglomeration Filtration Unit, is our proprietary patented separation equipment independently developed by integrating Stokes’ law and coarse agglomeration technology. Drawing on world-leading foreign separation theories and mature technologies, we carried out targeted structural and process optimization to launch this innovative oil-water separation unit.
This pressure-type coalescing oil remover features a proprietary bidirectional flow architecture. We adopt Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation to precisely calibrate and rationalize the internal flow field distribution, which greatly elevates overall separation efficiency while drastically downsizing the equipment footprint.
Equipped with high-performance coalescing internals as the core CAFU functional module, the unit realizes efficient agglomeration of micro oil droplets into larger particles. This mechanism substantially cuts the required residence time of oil phases, delivering superior oil-water separation performance alongside a compact, miniaturized vessel design.
Supported by full-automatic control system and fully sealed pressure oil discharge design, the CAFU unit delivers stable, safe and reliable continuous operation with simple, user-friendly operation procedures, and demonstrates strong adaptability to diversified complex industrial working conditions.
Application Fields: Widely applicable to oil-water separation and wastewater purification in petroleum exploitation, petrochemical processing, chemical industry, power plant water treatment, offshore engineering and industrial circulating water systems. It is specially suitable for treating fine oil-containing wastewater with complex water quality, effectively reducing oil content in water and meeting industrial discharge and recycling water standards.
