Technical Introduction
Product Introduction

Ultra-Fine SIC Membrane Filter
The Ultra-Fine SIC Membrane Filter adopts advanced next-generation inorganic silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic membrane technology, operating stably under high suspended solids (SS) conditions using cross-flow filtration. The large membrane pore channels prevent concentration polarization and membrane fouling, resulting in low operating pressure and easy cleaning and maintenance.
The product is manufactured using microfiltration and ultrafiltration elements made from inorganic carbon material (SiC) with optimal hydrophilicity, featuring excellent anti-fouling capability, extremely high filtration flux, superior chemical stability, and exceptional mechanical strength. The membrane core adopts a honeycomb structure design with high mechanical strength, high packing density, and excellent sealing performance, making installation and maintenance convenient. It has broad application prospects in wastewater treatment areas such as petroleum and refining industries.
