High-Efficiency Hydrocyclone
A new generation of high-efficiency hydrocyclone developed by Shenzhen Sinokle Technology Co., Ltd. This equipment features high oil removal efficiency and stable performance, with overall technology reaching internationally advanced levels. It has been widely applied in oily wastewater treatment across various industries.
The hydrocyclone generates ultra-strong centrifugal acceleration (hundreds to thousands of times gravitational acceleration) through powerful swirling flow. Under strong centripetal force, oil droplets rapidly collide, coalesce, and separate from water, achieving fast and efficient removal of oil droplets (or suspended solids) from wastewater. Oil removal efficiency can reach 90~95%, and it can remove fine oil droplets with particle sizes smaller than 10 microns. The overall technology has reached internationally advanced levels.
