The high-efficiency fiber ball filter is a filtration device developed by Shenzhen Sinokle Technology Co., Ltd., suitable for both clean water and wastewater applications, and particularly well-suited for fine filtration of oily wastewater in oilfields, refineries, and petrochemical plants. The filter utilizes specially modified hydrophilic and oleophobic fiber balls as the filtration medium. Depending on operating conditions, hydraulic or mechanical compression of the filter bed can be applied. During filtration, oily wastewater flows downward through the filter bed, where oil and suspended solids are intercepted and subsequently removed via backwashing.
The filter media are regenerated through combined air and water backwashing, ensuring excellent regeneration performance. This product features compact structure, complete auxiliary systems, stable operation, simple control, thorough backwashing, and convenient maintenance. It is widely applied in oilfield oily wastewater treatment and is also suitable for advanced treatment of industrial wastewater in metallurgy, chemical engineering, textile, and other industries.
