Technical Introduction
The KHC Coalescing Oil-Water Separator utilizes specially modified super-oleophilic and hydrophobic coalescing fiber materials and patented internal component design, integrating a series of technologies including cyclonic centrifugal separation, wetting coalescence, collision coalescence, and intercept filtration to achieve efficient coalescence, demulsification, and separation of emulsified oil in wastewater. The specially designed internal components can rapidly aggregate and coalesce tiny oil droplets into large ones; the packing has a large specific surface area with excellent coalescing effect and fast separation speed; it features high dirt-holding capacity and strong anti-fouling capability; ultra-high precision coalescing demulsification can reach 0.1μm.
It can remove emulsified oil with particle sizes above 0.1μm, with thorough and effective demulsification and excellent treated water quality. Strong impurity resistance enables effective removal of suspended solids with high adaptability. The cartridge features modular design for simple and quick replacement; long cartridge service life, 2~5 times that of conventional coalescing cartridges.
