The KFM active filter media filter is developed by Shenzhen Sinokle Technology Co., Ltd. using a new type of KFM long-life active filter media specifically for oilfield wastewater, produced with foreign technology. Based on the specific characteristics and treatment requirements of oilfield wastewater, customized filter bed and filter structure design is carried out. The internal water distribution, water collection structure and backwashing process are optimized. Key flow-through components are made of full titanium material. Reasonable and economical backwashing intensity is determined through backwashing tests with wastewater of different crude oil densities and resistance characteristics, shortening backwashing time, reducing backwashing water volume, thereby improving wastewater treatment efficiency, lowering energy consumption and saving costs.
The new active filter media is an active medium of silicate material, manufactured through 60 processes with super-hydrophilic modification technology. Its melting point is 1200°C, specific gravity is approximately 1.25, odorless and insoluble in water. This filter media features high filtration precision, low resistance, stable effluent quality, strong anti-fouling capability, easy cleaning and long service life.
