Case Description
This project is located in Pengzhou, Sichuan Province, China, with the client being PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Company. During operations such as oil storage, tank transfer, and cleaning at the crude oil reserve depot, large volumes of oily wastewater are generated. The oil concentration in this wastewater is extremely high, reaching up to 100,000 mg/L or above (suspended solids content ≤1,000 mg/L). The water quality is complex and presents significant treatment challenges.
Sinokle adopted its self-developed Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover + CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation combined process for treatment. The Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover utilizes special coalescing materials to aggregate dispersed oil droplets, then achieves separation through pressure-assisted demulsification. The CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation generates a large number of micro-fine bubbles that attach to remaining oil droplets and suspended solids, enabling rapid floatation separation. The two-stage process coordination ensures stable and reliable treatment results.
This project represents another typical case of Sinokle in the oily wastewater treatment field for tank farm areas in the petrochemical industry of Southwest China. It fully validates the efficiency and stability of the company's core equipment under high-concentration oily wastewater conditions.
