Case Description

This project is located in Kunming, Yunnan, China. The client is PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical Company. The atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit is the core unit of a refinery, and electrochemical desalting is its key pretreatment process. The wastewater generated during this process has high oil content and severe emulsification, making treatment quite challenging.

Sinokle adopted the independently developed Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover + CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation combined process, with skid-mounted integrated design. The core highlight of this technology is purely physical treatment without adding any chemical agents, achieving true physical demulsification and oil removal. The waste oil can be recovered and reused, and no oily sludge or hazardous waste is generated, providing significant economic and environmental benefits.

This project is an important engineering project for PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical's oily wastewater treatment, fully demonstrating Sinokle's market expansion strength in the Southwest China petrochemical industry, and providing reliable technical support for the green development of local refining enterprises.
