Case Description
This project is located in Bangladesh. Sinokle Technology provided the oily wastewater treatment solution for a heavy fuel oil power plant under BR Powergen Limited. The oily wastewater generated during the operation of heavy fuel oil power generation units has extremely high oil content (influent oil content up to 2000 mg/L), which makes treatment significantly more difficult and requires higher standards for process design.
Sinokle adopted the Two-Stage CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation + KFM Active Media Filter combined process to treat the high-oil wastewater. The Two-Stage CDFU operates in series to gradually reduce the oil concentration in the water. The KFM Active Media Filter performs deep filtration and adsorption on the effluent from the flotation unit, ensuring that residual fine oil particles are completely retained.
This project fully demonstrates the excellent performance of Sinokle's Two-Stage CDFU process in high-concentration oily wastewater treatment. It sets a good engineering demonstration for the company in the South Asian power market and provides a reliable technical route reference for dealing with various complex industrial oily wastewater globally.
