Case Summary
This project is located in the Tarim Basin, Xinjiang, China, with Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Branch as the client. The Tarim Basin is one of China's major natural gas production bases. Produced liquid (condensate) generated during conventional gas field extraction contains a certain amount of crude oil and suspended solids, requiring effective treatment to meet reinjection or discharge standards.
Sinokle deployed its proprietary CDFU Cyclone Dissolved Air Flotation unit for treatment. The CDFU technology combines cyclone separation with dissolved air flotation, generating large quantities of micro-bubbles that attach to oil droplets and suspended solids in the condensate, enabling rapid floatation and separation. The technology features high treatment efficiency, compact footprint, and stable, reliable operation.
This project is a landmark reference case for Sinokle in the field of gas field produced liquid treatment in Xinjiang, China, validating the reliable performance of the CDFU technology in natural gas field produced water treatment.
