Case Summary
This project is located in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, with PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Company as the client. Electrochemical desalting wastewater is a high-concentration oily wastewater generated from crude oil distillation, with an average oil content exceeding 100,000 mg/L. Direct discharge would cause severe environmental pollution.
Sinokle deployed its proprietary Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover + CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation combined process. The coalescing pressure oil remover utilizes the coalescence principle to facilitate small oil droplets merging and growing, achieving oil-water separation under pressure. The CDFU unit employs cyclonic action combined with dissolved gas bubbles for synergistic high-efficiency removal of residual emulsified oil and suspended solids.
This project fully verified Sinokle's technical strength and equipment reliability in high-concentration petrochemical oily wastewater treatment, providing a landmark reference case for similar projects in the industry.
