Case Description
This project is located in Luoyang, Henan Province, China, with Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Company as the client. Coking sour water is a highly concentrated oily wastewater generated from coking units during the refining process. It is characterized by extremely high oil content (up to 150,000 mg/L), severe emulsification, and large fluctuations in water quality, making it one of the most difficult wastewater types to treat in the petrochemical industry.
Sinokle adopts its self-developed multi-stage combined process of Coarse Filter + CDFU High-Efficiency Compact Cyclonic Flotation + Fine Filter + KHC High-Efficiency Coalescing Oil-Water Separator for treatment. This process is specifically designed for coking sour water characteristics, reducing oil content progressively through multi-stage separation to ensure stable and reliable treatment results.
This project fully demonstrates Sinokle's technical advantages in the field of coking sour water treatment, establishing a benchmark project for the company in the central China petrochemical market.
