Case Summary

This project is located in Renqiu, Hebei Province, China, serving PetroChina North China Oilfield Company as an advanced produced water treatment project. Oilfield produced water, a co-product of crude oil extraction, contains emulsified oil, dissolved oil, and large quantities of suspended solids. It is difficult to treat and must meet high-standard reuse requirements.

Sinokle deployed its proprietary Dual-Stage CDFU Cyclone Dissolved Air Flotation + KFM Active Media Filter combined process tailored to the North China Oilfield's produced water characteristics. The dual-stage CDFU leverages the synergy of cyclone fields and micro-bubbles to remove emulsified oil and suspended solids in stages; the KFM active media filter serves as the final polishing unit, further adsorbing residual trace oil and solids to ensure consistent effluent compliance.

This project fully demonstrates Sinokle's technical advantage in advanced oilfield produced water treatment. With stable equipment operation and excellent effluent quality, it provides reliable technical support for PetroChina North China Oilfield's clean production and water recycling initiatives.
