Case Description
This project is located in Chad, Africa, with Sinokle Technology providing a coking sour water treatment system for PetroChina Chad Refinery. The sour wastewater generated during refinery coking operations contains high oil content and complex components, presenting significant corrosiveness and environmental pollution risks, making treatment particularly challenging.
Based on the wastewater characteristics of this project, Sinokle adopted a combined Filter + KHC High-Efficiency Coalescing Oil-Water Separator process for targeted treatment. The filter performs pretreatment on the wastewater first, removing large particulate suspended solids; the KHC High-Efficiency Coalescing Oil-Water Separator uses coalescence principles to enlarge dispersed oil droplets and achieve rapid floatation separation, realizing efficient oil-water separation.
This project serves as a benchmark case for Sinokle in the field of refinery wastewater treatment in Central Africa, validating the reliable performance of the company's equipment in large-scale energy projects across Central and West Africa, and providing strong technical support for the green operation of PetroChina's overseas petrochemical projects.
