Case Description
This project is located in Shaanxi Province, with the client being a back-pressure cogeneration power plant. During operations, cogeneration power plants generate oily wastewater primarily from cooling water, lubricating water for turbines, generators, and other equipment, as well as floor washdown water. If not properly treated, this wastewater will cause environmental pollution.
Sinokle adopted its self-developed Filter + KHC Coalescing Oil-Water Separator combined process for treatment. The filter first traps large-particle suspended solids, and the KHC Coalescing Oil-Water Separator utilizes special coalescing materials to aggregate dispersed oil droplets and achieve oil-water separation. The entire process is simple, efficient, and operates stably and reliably.
This project is a typical case of Sinokle in the oily wastewater treatment field for cogeneration power plants, validating the reliable performance of the KHC Coalescing Oil-Water Separator in medium and low-concentration oily wastewater treatment.
