This project is located in Jinxi, Liaoning, China. The client is PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Company. Electrochemical desalting is a key pretreatment process in petroleum refining. The wastewater contains emulsified oil with oil content up to 100,000 mg/L, posing significant treatment challenges.

Sinokle adopted the Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover + CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation combined process. The coalescing oil remover uses special coalescing materials to promote the coalescence of dispersed oil droplets, followed by pressure demulsification separation. The CDFU unit generates micro-bubbles that attach to remaining oil droplets for rapid flotation and separation. The two-stage synergy ensures excellent treatment results.

This project is a typical case demonstrating Sinokle's technical expertise in electrochemical desalting wastewater treatment for the Northeast China petrochemical industry.
