Case Description

This project is located in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China. The client is PetroChina Xinjiang Urumqi Petrochemical Company. Urumqi Petrochemical is an important petrochemical enterprise in Northwest China. The wastewater generated from its electrochemical desalting unit contains large amounts of emulsified oil and suspended solids, with oil content reaching up to 30,000 mg/L. The water quality is complex and the treatment is quite challenging.

Sinokle adopted the independently developed Two-Stage CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation unit for treatment. The CDFU technology combines cyclonic separation with dissolved gas flotation, producing a large number of micro-fine bubbles that attach to emulsified oil droplets and suspended solids, enabling rapid flotation and separation. The two-stage series design ensures the stability and reliability of the treatment results.

This project is a typical case of Sinokle in the field of electrochemical desalting wastewater treatment in the Northwest China petrochemical industry, fully validating the high efficiency and stability of the two-stage CDFU cyclonic dissolved gas flotation technology in treating high-concentration emulsified oil wastewater.
