This project is located in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, China, with PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Company as the client. Electrochemical desalting wastewater generated during crude oil refining contains high concentrations of emulsified oil, dissolved salts, and suspended solids, presenting significant challenges for effective oil-water separation.

Sinokle deployed its proprietary CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation technology as the core treatment process. The CDFU unit leverages the combined action of cyclonic centrifugal force and micro-bubble flotation to efficiently separate emulsified oil from the wastewater stream, achieving superior oil removal without the need for chemical dosing.

This project demonstrates Sinokle's strong capability in treating high-oil electrochemical desalting wastewater for the petrochemical industry.
