Case Summary
This project is located in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, China, with Sinopec Cangzhou Petrochemical Company as the client. The electrochemical desalting wastewater generated during crude oil refining is characterized by extremely high oil content, serious emulsification, and complex composition, making it one of the most challenging wastewater types in the petrochemical industry.
Sinokle deployed its proprietary Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover + CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation combined process. The coalescing pressure oil remover pre-treats the wastewater by coalescing and separating dispersed oil droplets under pressure, significantly reducing the oil load before the CDFU stage. The CDFU unit then leverages cyclonic centrifugal force and micro-bubble flotation to efficiently remove residual emulsified oil, achieving deep oil-water separation.
This project is a landmark reference case for Sinokle in the petrochemical electrochemical desalting wastewater treatment field. The combined process demonstrates exceptional treatment performance for ultra-high-oil-content wastewater, providing reliable technical support for Sinopec Cangzhou Petrochemical's wastewater compliance and clean production goals.
