Case Summary
This project is located at a major oilfield in Congo, Africa. The oilfield continuously generates large volumes of produced water and fracturing flowback fluid during development operations. Such wastewater is characterized by high organic concentration, high oil content, and complex composition, making treatment challenging. Direct discharge would cause severe ecological damage to the local environment and result in significant water resource waste.
Sinokle deployed its proprietary CDFU Cyclone Dissolved Air Flotation + CDOF Ozone Advanced Oxidation DAF + KFM Active Media Filter three-stage advanced treatment process, tailored to the wastewater characteristics of this project. The CDFU leverages cyclone demulsification and micro-bubble dissolved air flotation synergy to efficiently remove emulsified oil and suspended solids; the CDOF harnesses the strong oxidizing power of ozone to deeply degrade organic compounds and significantly reduce COD; the KFM active media filter performs final polishing to ensure consistent effluent compliance.
This project is a landmark engineering achievement for Sinokle in the field of oilfield wastewater treatment in Central Africa, fully validating the high efficiency and stability of the CDFU + CDOF + KFM three-stage process for large-scale oilfield produced water treatment, and laying a solid foundation for the company's further expansion in the African oil and gas market.
