This project is located in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China, with PetroChina Xinjiang Urumqi Petrochemical Company as the client. Tank farm produces large volumes of oily wastewater during oil storage, transfer, and cleaning operations, with oil concentration reaching up to 20,000 mg/L or higher. Without effective treatment, this causes severe environmental pollution and petroleum resource waste.

Sinokle deployed its proprietary Coalescing Pressure Oil Remover + Two-Stage CDFU Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation combined process. The coalescing pressure oil remover efficiently removes most free and emulsified oil. The two-stage CDFU with micro-bubble technology removes remaining oil and suspended solids, ensuring stable and reliable treatment performance.

This is a landmark project for Sinokle in the field of tank farm high-concentration oily wastewater treatment in the domestic petrochemical industry, fully demonstrating Sinokle's technical capabilities and engineering strength in this specialized area.
