This project is located at the Changqing Oilfield in China, with PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company as the client. Changqing Oilfield is one of China's major oil and gas production bases. The produced water contains large amounts of crude oil and suspended solids, with complex water quality that presents significant treatment challenges.

Sinokle deployed its proprietary Dual-Stage CDFU Cyclone Dissolved Air Flotation + Walnut Shell Filter combined process. The CDFU units efficiently remove emulsified oil and suspended solids, while the walnut shell filter provides deep polishing to further reduce oil content and ensure consistent effluent compliance.

This project is a landmark reference case for Sinokle in the field of produced water treatment at the Changqing Oilfield, fully validating the high efficiency and stability of the dual-stage CDFU and walnut shell filter combined process for deep treatment of oilfield wastewater.
