Case Summary
This project is located in Turpan, Xinjiang, China, with PetroChina Tuha Oilfield Company as the client. Produced water generated during oil and gas development at the Tuha Oilfield contains large amounts of crude oil and suspended solids, with complex water quality that poses significant treatment challenges. Improper disposal would cause severe damage to the fragile desert ecosystem.
Sinokle deployed its proprietary Dual-Stage CDFU Cyclone Dissolved Air Flotation units tailored to the characteristics of the Tuha Oilfield produced water. The CDFU technology combines cyclone separation with dissolved air flotation, generating large quantities of micro-bubbles that attach to emulsified oil droplets and suspended solids, enabling rapid floatation and separation. The dual-stage series design ensures stable and reliable treatment performance, with effluent meeting reinjection or discharge standards.
This project is a landmark reference case for Sinokle in the field of oilfield produced water treatment in northwest China, fully validating the high efficiency and stability of the dual-stage CDFU technology for high-concentration oilfield wastewater, and establishing a strong reputation for the company in the Xinjiang oilfield market.
