Successful Delivery of SINOKLE’s Electric Desalting Wastewater Treatment System

April 18, 2025 – SINOKLE Technologies has successfully delivered a customized electric desalting wastewater treatment system to a petrochemical company in Shandong, China. This milestone reaffirms SINOKLE’s leadership in electric desalting wastewater treatment and showcases its excellence in environmental governance technology and equipment manufacturing.

The project, contracted in December 2024, was swiftly executed by SINOKLE’s team through meticulous design and production efforts. After nearly three months of rigorous planning, manufacturing, and quality inspections, the system was delivered on schedule. This achievement highlights SINOKLE’s professional expertise, rapid response to client needs, and strong commitment to accountability.

The delivered system boasts a daily treatment capacity of 720 m³, integrating SINOKLE’s proprietary technologies such as the high-efficiency coalescing pressure de-oiler and Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation (CDFU). This innovative process, developed through years of R&D and validated in multiple industrial projects, addresses the unique challenges of electric desalting wastewater, including high oil content, severe emulsification, and fluctuating composition.

Electric desalting wastewater, characterized by high oil content, unstable flow, elevated colloidal/asphaltene levels, and minimal oil-water density differences, poses significant challenges for traditional treatment methods like gravity sedimentation, hydrocyclones, and membrane filtration. These conventional approaches often suffer from high operational costs and inconsistent performance, failing to meet strict discharge standards or reuse requirements. SINOKLE’s solution, however, overcomes these limitations with groundbreaking efficiency and reliability.

The high-efficiency coalescing pressure de-oiler offers superior oil separation, anti-clogging performance, and low energy consumption.
