SINOKLE CDOF (Advanced Catalytic Ozonation Unit)
1. High-efficiency ozone dosing

SINOKLE high-efficiency ejector
The high-efficiency ejector consists of a nozzle, suction chamber, mixing chamber and diffuser. Pressurised wastewater, boosted by the ozone dosing pump, enters the ejection chamber from the ejector inlet and forms a high-speed jet. The pressure drop created by the high-speed jet draws high-concentration ozone generated by the ozone generator in through the suction port and into the wastewater. The resulting ozone-wastewater mixture passes through the diffusion section to the ejector outlet, where the flow slows down and pressure recovers, generating powerful shear that shatters the ozone into micro-nano bubbles that are injected into the CDOF reactor. The ejector and reactor are connected by piping, forming a closed system in which ozone gas is drawn directly into the wastewater for reaction, with no risk of gas-phase leakage and no need for additional electrical equipment (no electrical safety risk). Ozone utilisation can reach as high as 95%, which not only improves advanced catalytic ozonation performance but also saves the operating cost of upstream oxygen generation and ozone generation systems.
2. Main advanced catalytic ozonation reactor
The main reactor is a cylindrical pressure vessel, constructed entirely of 316L material with a design pressure of 0.6 MPa. Ozone-bearing wastewater entering through the high-efficiency ejector passes through specially designed swirl guide plates and a catalyst bed. The swirl guide plates effectively strengthen gas-liquid-solid three-phase contact reaction efficiency, raising contact efficiency between ozone micro-nano bubbles and the catalyst by more than 30% and promoting suspended solids separation, with separation efficiency improved by about 50%. The proprietary catalyst promotes ozone conversion into hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and degrades COD in water at a catalytic efficiency 2 to 5 times higher than conventional ozone catalysts.

3. Heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation catalyst
The catalyst is a high-efficiency heterogeneous ozone catalyst produced from multiple transition metal oxides and precious metals as active components with a special support structure through a range of complex processes. The modified ozone catalyst is super-hydrophilic and, in the presence of ozone micro-bubbles and water, exhibits high flowability, an expansion rate of 30% to 50%, resistance to agglomeration and stable operation; after passing through the catalyst bed, ozone utilisation can reach as high as 99%.

4. Secondary advanced catalytic ozonation reactor
The main and secondary advanced catalytic ozonation reactors are connected by piping fitted with a specially designed Venturi structure that generates cavitation bubbles from ozone to further oxidise pollutants while allowing dissolved ozone gas to be released. A catalyst bed inside promotes continued generation of hydroxyl radicals (·OH) from residual ozone to degrade remaining COD. A gas separation zone at the top separates the very small amount of residual ozone, which passes through an exhaust port to a dedicated ozone off-gas destruction system; after treatment, the ozone off-gas concentration is as low as 0.1 ppm and can be vented directly to atmosphere.
