Building on a deep understanding of ozone oxidation, SINOKLE has drawn on the latest advances to launch an innovative tertiary treatment process for wastewater treatment plants built around CDFU cyclonic dissolved air flotation and CDOF ozone advanced oxidation-flotation integrated unit as the core. Core process advantages

The process deeply integrates several proprietary patented technologies to build a high-performance treatment system:

1. Outstanding treatment performance: the system achieves very high chemical oxygen demand degradation and deep organic removal, together with excellent decolourisation that keeps the effluent clear and transparent.

2. Marked economic benefits: through process optimisation, the ozone dosing ratio is greatly reduced to only 1/2 to 1/4 of the conventional level, greatly cutting ozone consumption and energy use without compromising performance.

3. Efficient footprint and reaction: the CDOF multi-stage catalytic oxidation technology greatly accelerates the reaction, shortening wastewater retention time to under 15 minutes. The system uses a modular skid-mounted design and occupies only 1/5 of the footprint of conventional processes, making it ideal for sites with limited land or for projects requiring rapid deployment.

6. Strong shock resistance: the design tolerates shock loads well, coping with influent quality fluctuations and keeping effluent consistently compliant.
