At 11:00 on January 13, the new 400,000 tons/year coking pretreatment unit CDFU black water treatment project of PetroChina Urumqi Petrochemical Company, which was built by SINOKLE, switched the water and transferred it to the normal process according to the overall plan, and the water analysis passed , which marks the first successful commissioning of the CDFU project.
CDFU, the full name in English is Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation Unit. It is a new generation of green and efficient compact vertical tank air flotation equipment developed by SINOKLE. This equipment integrates patented technologies such as cyclone centrifugal separation technology, ultra-fine bubble generation technology, and dissolved air flotation technology. Through the organic combination of multiple technologies, it can achieve efficient and rapid separation of dirty oil, emulsified oil, suspended solids, etc. in sewage.

The commissioning work was carried out by the first refinery workshop of UPC. In the early stage, the workshop divided the responsibilities of the teams, and the leaders took the lead in confirming step by step. After three checks and four determinations, sufficient preliminary preparations were made, and good test conditions were met.
On January 9, test runs began. On January 10, all internal processes were cleared, and all instruments inside the skid were debugged normally. On January 11, the entire skid installation was completed. On January 13, the test run was successful.
After the device is put into use, it is expected to receive 50-60 tons/hour of second-normal, third-normal, and pre-treatment electric desalination water. This set of facilities can achieve oil-water separation of highly oily sewage, reduce the generation of sludge, and reduce operating costs. It has good environmental benefits and economic benefits.
