High-polymer wastewater is one of the major environmental challenges facing the petrochemical industry. Containing large amounts of polymers and surfactants, it is characterized by high viscosity, severe emulsification and poor biodegradability. With its self-developed CDOF (Cyclonic Dissolved Ozone Flotation) technology, SINOKLE provides an innovative solution for high-polymer wastewater treatment.

Technical principle and innovative advantages

CDOF technology creatively combines multi-catalytic ozone oxidation, cyclonic separation and dissolved air flotation into a highly efficient integrated treatment system. Using a specially patented reactor structure, it achieves multi-stage, multi-dimensional catalytic oxidation, including pressurized catalysis, homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic oxidation, and hydrodynamic cavitation catalysis.

Compared with conventional processes, CDOF technology offers significant advantages:

- Greatly improved reaction efficiency: residence time shortened from 90 minutes (conventional) to within 15 minutes

- Extremely high ozone utilization: above 99.98%, with a dosage only 1/5-1/2 of conventional processes

- Significantly lower operating cost: only 1/3-1/2 of conventional processes

- Small footprint: skid-mounted design occupies only 1/5 of conventional processes

Key technical innovations

The heterogeneous ozone catalyst is the core of the technology. SINOKLE uses various transition metal oxides and precious metals as catalytic components, forming a high-specific-surface-area support through special micropore-forming technology, with a specific surface area above 250 m2/g. The catalyst is modified by atomic deposition technology, features super hydrophilicity, and resists fouling, scaling and clogging, enabling long-term stable operation.

The multi-catalytic oxidation system ensures stable and reliable treatment results. The system integrates homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic oxidation, hydrodynamic cavitation catalysis, micro-pressure catalytic oxidation and other technologies, raising oxidation efficiency 2-5 times over conventional ozone catalytic oxidation. The dedicated catalyst has strong activity, high mechanical strength and a wide pH adaptation range, maintaining good performance under both acidic and alkaline conditions.

Process features and operational assurance

CDOF The unit adopts a fully automatic control system that precisely controls ozone dosage, reaction liquid level, pressure and other parameters via DCS/PLC. A unique catalyst backwashing, activation and regeneration process ensures long-term catalyst performance stability without periodic dosing, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.

The unit operates in a fully enclosed, pressurized mode with no ozone leakage, which is safe and environmentally friendly. The system has strong shock resistance and can withstand large water-quality fluctuations, ensuring stable operation under the complex water quality conditions of high-polymer wastewater.

Actual application results

In practical engineering applications, CDOF technology has demonstrated outstanding treatment performance. For high-polymer wastewater, it can effectively destroy polymer molecular structures and achieve deep oxidative degradation of organics. The treated effluent consistently meets COD and suspended solids standards, with excellent decolorization and odor removal.

SINOKLE's CDOF technology provides an efficient, economical and environmentally friendly solution for high-polymer wastewater treatment. Its innovative technical route and reliable engineering practice provide strong support for the green development of the petrochemical industry. As environmental requirements become increasingly stringent, this technology will play an important role in more complex wastewater treatment scenarios.
