CDOF Technology: An Innovator in Advanced Ozone Oxidation, Solving Industrial Wastewater Treatment Challenges
As global environmental standards become increasingly stringent, the treatment of industrial wastewater—especially refractory wastewater—has become a key challenge for sustainable corporate development. Thanks to its strong oxidation capacity and absence of secondary pollution, advanced ozone oxidation technology has become one of the core technologies in the water treatment field.
However, conventional processes suffer from pain points such as low ozone utilization, high cost and large equipment footprints. Breaking through with innovation, SINOKLE has deeply integrated advanced ozone oxidation technology with heterogeneous catalysis and micro-bubble technologies to develop CDOF the ozone advanced oxidation dissolved-air flotation integrated unit and the new KHC-F2001 catalyst, providing an efficient solution for the treatment of highly difficult wastewater.
SINOKLE's core technical advantage is first reflected in the breakthrough of the new KHC-F2001 silica-alumina-based ozone catalyst. This catalyst blends multiple transition metal oxides (including precious metals) as active components, and through multi-stage precisely temperature-controlled sintering and a unique pore-forming process, achieves the triple advantages of "high strength, high specific surface area and high catalytic activity", while also being resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and easy to recycle. In the reaction, it efficiently promotes the decomposition of ozone to generate more hydroxyl radicals (·OH), raising ozone oxidation efficiency by 2-5 times and solving, at the root, the problem of insufficient ozone utilization in conventional processes, laying the foundation for improved downstream treatment efficiency.

SINOKLE's series of ozone catalysts
CDOF integrated unit is SINOKLE's "masterpiece" of integrated technical strengths. As a domestically patented technology, it creatively merges three core technologies—advanced ozone oxidation, swirl separation and dissolved-air flotation—to build a closed-loop "oxidation - demulsification - separation" treatment system. The micro/nano oxygen bubbles in the unit not only clean the catalyst and prevent caking and blockage, but also strengthen the contact reaction between ozone and the catalyst, while efficiently removing suspended solids, colloids and oils from the wastewater, reducing non-dissolvable COD and further cutting ozone consumption.

Compared with conventional processes, CDOF technology shortens the reaction time from 60-90 minutes to 5-10 minutes, reduces the footprint by 80%, lowers the ozone dosing ratio from 2-4 to 0.5-1.2, and cuts operating costs to only 1/3-1/2 of conventional technology, perfectly balancing efficiency and economy.

Ozone generator equipped on the wastewater treatment unit of a large oilfield project
In practical applications, SINOKLE CDOF technology has delivered impressive results. In a landfill leachate treatment project in Hubei, it reduced the influent COD from high concentration to compliant levels; in a landfill project in Zhejiang, the COD removal rate exceeded 80%, with effluent COD reduced from 1500 mg/L to below 200 mg/L, while the biodegradability (B/C ratio) was raised from 0.22 to 0.37, creating conditions for subsequent biochemical treatment; in a petrochemical wastewater treatment project in Xinjiang, with an ozone dosage of 100 ppm, the COD removal rate exceeded 90%, oil content dropped from 35 ppm to 2.3 ppm, oily sludge generation was reduced by more than 90%, and over one million yuan in hazardous waste disposal costs is saved annually. These cases fully validate its suitability and reliability in difficult fields such as landfill leachate and petrochemical wastewater.
