With the continuous progress of modern industry, industrial effluent containing sodium sulfate has become a common source of pollution. Such effluent is often accompanied by high concentrations of sodium sulfate and other pollutants. If discharged directly into natural water bodies without purification, it will pose a significant threat to the ecological environment.

Purification technologies for sodium sulfate wastewater have broad applicability and can serve many fields that produce such wastewater, including the chemical industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, printing and dyeing, and pesticide production. With an appropriate treatment process, the concentration of sodium sulfate in wastewater can be significantly reduced, the pollution load on water bodies can be lightened, and the resource recovery of wastewater can be promoted. This not only helps enterprises control operating costs, but also reflects their responsibility for environmental protection.

In facing the task of treating sodium sulfate wastewater, multiple factors such as the wastewater source, water quality characteristics, and discharge standards need to be comprehensively weighed. Only by selecting the appropriate process and technology according to specific conditions can the ideal purification goal be achieved. In addition, strengthening emission-reduction management at the production source and process control to reduce the initial discharge intensity of sodium sulfate is the fundamental way to control wastewater pollution.

For the sodium sulfate and other pollutants present in the wastewater, SINOKLE Technology, relying on its independently developed product CDOF, has developed a corresponding experimental treatment process that can efficiently purify wastewater containing sodium sulfate and meet strict process requirements.

CDOF Process Flow Diagram

The diagram shows the CDOF technology (ozone advanced catalytic oxidation) independently developed by SINOKLE. CDOF (Cyclonic Dissolved Ozone Flotation integrated unit) innovatively integrates three technologies: ozone advanced oxidation, cyclonic separation, and dissolved air flotation, achieving efficient synergistic removal of a variety of refractory wastewater pollutants.

This ozone catalytic oxidation process is short, the equipment composition is simple, the treatment units are compact and concentrated, and the land requirement is small. The electrical equipment used is limited and energy consumption is low, so the operating cost is controlled. The system is simple to operate and supports automatic operation, reducing the dependence on on-site operators. Facing fluctuations in water quality and quantity, the process has good regulation capability and shock-load resistance. It can also be used in synergy with other technologies (such as biological treatment), combining their respective advantages to further improve the overall treatment performance.

Micro-nano bubble effect

Micro-Nano Bubble Effect Demonstration

Ultra-fine micro-nano bubble generation technology: the core lies in a micro-nano bubble generation system with efficient gas dissolution, release, and mixing. Micro-nano bubbles are extremely fine bubbles with a diameter of less than 50 microns. Their rising velocity in water is slow, their residence time is extended, and their dissolution efficiency is significantly improved. This technology also has self-oxygenation characteristics: the bubble surface is negatively charged and rich in strongly oxidizing active free radicals.

Test Conclusion: When treated with this process at an ozone dosage of 1200 mg/L, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the effluent was 470.15 mg/L, with a COD reduction of 596.85 mg/L and an ozone dosing ratio of 2.01. The experiment shows that the COD index of the treated water sample was substantially reduced.
