SINOKLE Technical Solution: Efficient Treatment of Emulsified Acidic Wastewater
For coking acidic wastewater with a complex composition and severe emulsification, SINOKLE has successfully applied a new treatment process built around a combination of CDFU (high-efficiency compact cyclonic flotation) + fine filtration + KHC high-efficiency coalescing separator as the core. Verified application case:
At a coking acidic water treatment project of a Sinopec petrochemical company in Luoyang, the capacity is 15 m³/h and the influent oil content reaches up to ≤150,000 ppm. After treatment by the combined process of "coarse filter + CDFU + fine filtration + KHC high-efficiency coalescing oil separator", average effluent oil content falls steadily below 50 ppm, achieving long-term stable compliance discharge and fully demonstrating the outstanding performance of the technology.
