SINOKLE was formally founded in Longgang, Shenzhen, in 2014. CDFU: a revolutionary weapon for oily wastewater treatment. SINOKLE invented and patented the CDFU compact cyclonic dissolved-air flotation system, one of the earliest innovations in the world to organically combine cyclonic technology with dissolved-air technology. Using 5 to 30 micron micro-bubbles for adsorptive demulsification, this technology achieves a single-stage oil removal efficiency above 90% with a residence time of only 1 to 5 minutes, which is 3 to 8 times more efficient than conventional processes. More importantly, it achieves "pure physical demulsification" with no chemical addition, eliminating the generation of oily sludge.
CDOF: a "dimensionality reduction strike" for advanced treatment. Targeting refractory COD, SINOKLE developed the CDOF high-efficiency ozone oxidation unit. This unit pioneers the integration of multiple catalytic oxidation stages with cyclonic dissolved-air flotation; its ozone utilisation rate reaches as high as 99.98%, while operating cost is only one third to one half that of conventional processes.
SINOKLE now owns more than 20 wastewater treatment technologies and products at internationally leading levels and has accumulated more than 30 national patents, including one PCT international patent.
Guarantee of the evolution: top talent and deep industry-academia-research integration
SINOKLE's evolution would be impossible without a team of highly specialised talent. The company currently has more than 50 employees, of whom technical professionals account for over 60% and staff with a bachelor's degree or above account for over 90%.
