CDFU + CDOF Dual-Core Drive: SINOKLE's Full-Process Solution for High-Difficulty Industrial Wastewater
In complex operating conditions such as oilfield produced water, refining and petrochemical wastewater and high-salinity, high-chloride wastewater, conventional treatment processes have long faced core pain points including incomplete oil removal, heavy dependence on chemicals, a large footprint and high operation and maintenance costs. As a national high-tech enterprise, Shenzhen SINOKLE Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on high-difficulty industrial wastewater treatment and, with its self-developed core technology matrix, provides customers with highly efficient full-process solutions covering pre-treatment, advanced oxidation and resource recovery and reuse.
1. Core Technology Drive: Two Technologies Leading Efficient Treatment
SINOKLE's solution is built on two proprietary patented technologies: CDFUthe cyclonic dissolved-air flotation unit and CDOFthe integrated ozone advanced oxidation and flotation unit. Together they form the “golden combination for treating high-difficulty wastewater.”
CDFUCyclonic Dissolved-Air Flotation: The "Efficient Vanguard" of Pre-treatment

This technology combines the advantages of cyclonic centrifugal separation, ultra-fine bubble generation and dissolved-air flotation, revolutionising the conventional flotation process.
Efficient demulsification with ultra-fine bubbles: multi-stage cyclonic dissolved-air pumps generate 5-30μm uniform ultra-fine bubbles, greatly improving the collision and attachment efficiency between oil droplets, suspended solids and bubbles; single-stage oil removal efficiency exceeds 90%.
Purely physical separation and waste reduction at source: no chemical demulsifiers are added throughout the process, eliminating the generation of oily hazardous waste (sludge) at source. The recovered oil is of high quality and can be directly utilised as a resource, delivering both environmental and economic benefits.
Compact, efficient and fast to deploy: with dual-zone flotation and a skid-mounted design, hydraulic retention time is only 1-5 minutes and the footprint is only one third that of conventional flotation, making it ideal for space-constrained or fast-track scenarios such as offshore platforms and remote well sites.
CDOFIntegrated Ozone Advanced Oxidation and Flotation: The "Core Weapon" of Advanced Purification

This unit deeply integrates ozone advanced catalytic oxidation with flotation technology and is the key stage ensuring complete removal of refractory organics.
Potent catalytic degradation: through homogeneous and heterogeneous multi-catalytic systems, ozone is efficiently converted into highly oxidative hydroxyl radicals (·OH), rapidly decomposing stubborn pollutants such as COD and volatile phenols; the effluent can meet high-standard reuse requirements.
Simultaneous oxidation and separation: while oxidation proceeds efficiently, flotation technology rapidly separates oxidation products and residual suspended solids, simplifying the process flow.
Safe and green operation: the reaction system operates fully sealed under pressure, and an off-gas destroyer ensures zero ozone leakage. The only oxidation end products are CO₂ and H₂O, with no risk of secondary pollution.
2. Full-Process Solutions, Widely Validated
For industrial wastewater with a complex composition and high treatment difficulty, relying on a single process or conventional chemical methods is no longer sustainable.Based on the CDFUandCDOF core units, SINOKLE can flexibly build customised process chains extending from pre-treatment and advanced oxidation to denitrification and purification, achieving compliant treatment and resource circular utilisation.
This technical path represents an important trend in industrial wastewater treatment towards high efficiency, green operation and resource recovery, offering a practical way forward for the many enterprises facing environmental pressures.
