Technology Empowers Project Implementation: How SINOKLE Uses Core Equipment to Solve Difficult Industrial Wastewater Governance Problems
In industrial scenarios such as petroleum refining, oilfield development, new energy, chemicals and power, wastewater governance often faces multiple difficulties: high oil content, strong emulsification, fine suspended solids, high COD, obvious odor, large water-quality fluctuations and so on. Traditional treatment processes, when facing complex water quality, easily suffer from incomplete oil removal, high chemical consumption, large sludge volume, large footprint and insufficient operational stability. How to achieve stable treatment and long-cycle operation of industrial wastewater through a more efficient, stable and green technical route has become an important subject for enterprises' environmental governance and production assurance.
SINOKLE has long focused on the field of difficult industrial wastewater treatment, and around core needs such as oil removal, demulsification, COD reduction, suspended-solids removal, decolorization and deodorization has formed a technical-equipment system centered onCDFUcyclonic dissolved-air flotation (CDFU),CDOFthe integrated ozone advanced oxidation dissolved-air flotation unit, the KFM modified-media filter, the coalescing pressure oil remover and the coalescing oil-water separator. The company provides not only single devices but, more importantly, systematic, combined and implementable comprehensive solutions tailored to water-quality characteristics, discharge requirements and site conditions.
In oily wastewater treatment,CDFUCDFU is one of SINOKLE's representative core technologies. The device integrates cyclonic centrifugal separation, dissolved-air flotation, micro-nano bubbles and coalescing separation; it strengthens oil-water separation through cyclonic action, captures fine oil droplets and suspended particles through micro-nano bubbles, and promotes emulsified-oil demulsification and coalescence through coalescence, thereby achieving rapid separation of waste oil, emulsified oil and suspended solids. Compared with traditional dissolved-air flotation,CDFUCDFU features short retention time, small footprint, high automation and strong shock-load resistance, and suits complex oily wastewater such as electric-desalting wastewater, crude-oil tank-farm cut water, coking acid water, oilfield produced water and fracturing flowback fluid.
In refractory organic wastewater treatment,CDOFthe integrated ozone advanced oxidation dissolved-air flotation technology further expands SINOKLE's application capability in the advanced-treatment field. This technology organically combines ozone advanced oxidation, homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic oxidation, hydraulic cavitation, cyclonic enhanced mass transfer and flotation separation, improving ozone mass-transfer efficiency and oxidation-reaction efficiency and achieving comprehensive removal of pollutants such as COD, chroma, odor, colloids and bacteria. For the problems of traditional ozone oxidation - long reaction time, low ozone utilization and high operating cost -CDOFthrough sealed pressurized operation, multiple catalytic reactions and automatic control, it improves the safety, stability and economy of system operation.
The value of technology is ultimately reflected in project implementation. In the Congo-Brazzaville oilfield produced-water and fracturing-flowback-fluid advanced-treatment project, SINOKLE adopted aCDFU+CDOFCDFU + KFM combined process to address the composite pollution of oil, suspended solids and refractory organics in oilfield produced water and fracturing flowback fluid, building a systematic treatment route of high-efficiency oil removal - enhanced oxidation - filtration guarantee. Phase I treatment scale reached 4500 m3/d, and the subsequent phase II further raised the scale to 6500 m3/d. The project reflects SINOKLE's system-integration capability of core equipment in large oilfield comprehensive wastewater governance, and marks a further deepening of the company's engineering application of its technology in complex overseas conditions.
In the petroleum-refining field, electric-desalting wastewater and crude-oil tank-farm cut water are typical highly oily, highly emulsified and highly fluctuating wastewaters. For such water quality, SINOKLE has formed a mature process route of coalescing oil remover +CDFUCDFU. The coalescing oil remover separates free and dispersed oil at the front end, reducing the load on downstream equipment;CDFUCDFU further removes fine oil droplets, emulsified oil and suspended solids, improving overall oil-removal efficiency and effluent stability. This process has been applied to Sichuan Petrochemical crude-tank-farm wastewater treatment, Urumqi Petrochemical refinery electric-desalting and crude-tank-farm wastewater treatment, Hongrun Petrochemical electric-desalting wastewater treatment, and CNPC Yunnan Petrochemical atmospheric-vacuum unit electric-desalting drainage oil-removal skid, forming strong industry adaptability and engineering reproducibility.
In the Xinjiang Dushanzi Petrochemical electric-desalting wastewater treatment project, SINOKLE adopted a two-stageCDFUCDFU process to address the high emulsification, many fine particles and unstable traditional flotation in electric-desalting cut water, strengthening separation through multi-stage cyclonic dissolved-air flotation and improving the system's adaptability to water-quality fluctuations. Such projects show that for continuous, fluctuating wastewater such as petrochemical plant cut water and tank-farm drainage, compact, automated and sealedCDFUCDFU equipment has good engineering-application advantages.
Beyond petroleum refining and oilfields, SINOKLE's technology is also applied to difficult wastewater advanced treatment such as landfill leachate. Landfill leachate usually features high COD, deep chroma, obvious odor, complex composition and poor biodegradability, placing high demands on advanced-treatment processes. The Hubei Shiyan landfill-leachate advanced-treatment project adoptedCDOFthe integrated ozone advanced oxidation dissolved-air flotation technology, using ozone multiple catalytic oxidation and enhanced mass transfer to deeply remove refractory organics, chroma and odor, creating more favorable conditions for subsequent treatment or compliant discharge.
From multiple project practices it can be seen that SINOKLE's technical route does not simply rely on a single unit device, but is a combined design according to wastewater characteristics. For highly oily wastewater, the focus is front-end coalescing oil removal + cyclonic flotation separation; for water with both oil and high suspended solids, KFM modified-media filtration can be added; for wastewater with prominent COD, chroma, odor and refractory organics problems,CDOFthe integrated ozone advanced oxidation dissolved-air flotation technology is introduced. Through the synergistic combination of different technical units, SINOKLE can achieve systematic governance from pre-treatment to advanced treatment.
In the future, industrial wastewater governance will pay more attention to operational stability, low-carbon operation, less chemical use, less sludge and intelligent management. SINOKLE will continue to insist on equal emphasis on technological innovation and engineering application, relying onCDFU, CDOF, KFM and other core equipment and multi-industry project experience to provide more efficient, reliable and green difficult-industrial-wastewater treatment solutions for petroleum refining, oilfield development, new energy, coal chemicals, power, landfill leachate and other fields, helping industrial enterprises achieve environmental compliance, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and green development.
