The separated crude oil further undergoes fine dehydration and stabilization treatment to remove trace free water and impurities; after meeting the export indicators it is sent to crude oil storage tanks, and finally the finished crude oil is exported by loading or export pipeline.

The CPF station wastewater system adopts the process mode of full-domain collection, centralized treatment and formation reinjection. The wastewater sources are diverse and cover all station production conditions, making it a key link in ensuring green and compliant oilfield production. The main wastewater sources are divided into five categories: the main formation produced water from three-phase separators and crude oil stabilization units, the acidic condensate from natural gas system cooling, the waste rinse water from crude oil desalting units, the drain condensate, backwash and overhaul blowdown wastewater from various process equipment, and the polluted initial rainwater collected by the process rainwater separator within the equipment containment dike. All oily wastewater is uniformly gathered into the production wastewater and drain condensate pipeline network, eliminating unorganized emission.

The collected mixed oily wastewater is uniformly sent to a dedicated oily-wastewater treatment skid. The whole water-treatment system adoptsCDFU cyclonic dissolved-air flotation + SFM high-precision filtration, a purely physical combined process, fully fitting the core working-condition needs of oilfield wastewater formation reinjection; the whole process requires no demulsifier or any chemical dosing, and completes water purification only through physical separation principles, with the core control objective of removing petroleum pollutants and suspended solid impurities from the water. There is no need for complex desulfurization or de-ammonia process. Relying on multiple physical actions of physical cyclonic flow, microbubble flotation and precision filtration, the whole system can quickly and efficiently separate floating oil, dispersed oil, fine oil pollution, large particles and fine suspended impurities from the wastewater; the separated oil can be fully recovered and centrally collected for utilization with no oil loss and extremely high resource utilization. At the same time, the equipment has extremely strong resistance to water-quality and water-quantity shock loads, can effectively adapt to complex conditions such as intermittent equipment drainage and initial rainwater shock, and the whole process is equipped with a fully automatic control system that realizes fully automatic operation of the whole flow of water inflow, separation, filtration, oil discharge and water outflow, without the need for continuous manual intervention. It is convenient to operate, with low operating energy consumption and low operation and maintenance cost, adapting to the long-term continuous and stable operation needs of oilfields.

After deep purification by the CDFU + SFM purely physical combined process, the effluent quality can stably reach oil content <=5 mg/L and suspended solids <=5 mg/L such high-standard dual-control indicators, fully meeting the strict requirements of low-permeability reservoir formation reinjection. It can effectively avoid formation pore blockage, protect the reservoir structure and ensure the subsequent water-injection development effect. All qualified treated wastewater is sent to the formation reinjection system for resource utilization, realizing closed-loop circulation and zero external discharge of production wastewater, fully in line with overseas oilfield environmental production specifications. The whole water-treatment process has prominent core advantages: no chemical addition throughout, no secondary pollution, full recovery of waste oil and high automation, balancing environmental protection and economy. All process equipment, pipelines and fasteners in contact with the medium throughout the station strictly follow the NACE MR0175 acidic-service design standard, which can effectively adapt to the corrosive conditions of medium containing hydrogen sulfide, avoiding equipment corrosion damage risks and ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the whole system. The overall CPF process has smooth connections, scientific configuration and complete functions, balancing production efficiency, operational safety and environmental compliance, and can fully meet the normal and large-scale production operation needs of oilfields.
