On January 5, 2023, the "2023 Longgang District High-Quality Development Conference for Specialized, Special, and New Enterprises and Enterprise Award Ceremony" was grandly held at the Zhonghai Kaili Hotel in Longgang District, Shenzhen. The event was hosted by the Shenzhen Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, the CPC Shenzhen Longgang District Committee, and the People's Government of Longgang District, Shenzhen. It was organized by the Organization Department of the CPC Shenzhen Longgang District Committee, the Investment Promotion and Enterprise Service Center of Longgang District, the Science, Technology and Innovation Bureau of Longgang District, and the Industrial and Information Technology Bureau of Longgang District, with the execution undertaken by the Shenzhen Enterprise High-Quality Development Promotion Association. Sinokle Technology, as an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Longgang District and a key innovative enterprise supported by Shenzhen Municipality, was invited to participate in the conference.
On the conference
The conference focused on interpreting the support policies for specialized, special, and new enterprises in Shenzhen and Longgang District. It released a special report on the cultivation and development of specialized, special, and new enterprises in Longgang District in 2022. It also invited renowned experts to interpret the economic work arrangements related to the 20th National Congress of the CPC and the high-quality development strategies for specialized, special, and new enterprises. The conference promoted specialized, special, and new industrial parks and invited high-quality enterprises to root in Longgang. Leaders such as Xiao Zuping, Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, and Ping Yuan, Deputy District Chief of Longgang District, attended the event.
The event awarded plaques to representatives of 20 national specialized, special, and new "little giant" enterprises and 20 Guangdong province specialized, special, and new enterprises. It was announced at the conference that Longgang District has cultivated and gathered a large number of specialized, special, and new enterprises by comprehensively optimizing the business environment and providing thoughtful services to enterprises. Currently, Longgang District has 49 national "little giant" enterprises, 118 provincial specialized, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises, and 420 municipal specialized, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises, with the number of enterprises in each category ranking in the top three in the city. In the future, Longgang District will aim to create a "world-class, best in China" business environment, introduce more favorable policies and measures for enterprises, and make greater efforts in "reducing costs," "promoting financing," and "ensuring space," to create a stable and predictable development environment for enterprise development, allowing entrepreneurs to invest, operate, and innovate with peace of mind.

After the award ceremony, the event invited Professor Yuan Xiaojiang from the Shenzhen Municipal Party School to interpret the economic work deployment related to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. From the perspective of national policies, he elaborated on the significant importance of the real economy to China's economic and social development and participation in international economic competition. He encouraged and guided the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises to adhere to the real economy, focus on strategic emerging industries, and cultivate competitive new advantages driven by innovation.

Lü Fei, Deputy Director of the Longgang District Investment Promotion and Enterprise Service Center, and Chen Fang from the Shenzhen Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, respectively introduced the cultivation policies for specialized, special, and new enterprises in Longgang District and Shenzhen to online and offline business representatives. They presented a "big gift package" of policies from the municipal and district governments to specialized, special, and new small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, reaffirming the confidence and determination of the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises to root themselves in Shenzhen and Longgang and grow stronger through a path of "professionalization, refinement, specialization, and novelty.

Following that, Tan Zheng, the person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's leading talent specialized training for specialized, special, and new enterprises in Shenzhen, gave a keynote speech on the "high-quality development strategy of specialized, special, and new enterprises," explaining in detail the policy background and development trends of China's specialized, special, and new policies, as well as the specific paths for the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Finally, Dong Lu, Deputy Director of the Longgang District Industrial and Information Technology Bureau, introduced the "specialized, special, and new" characteristic industrial park project in Longgang District to high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises from inside and outside the district. It is reported that this is the first high-quality industrial space pilot project in Shenzhen, the first pilot project for mixed-use land in the secondary and tertiary industries in Shenzhen, and the first specialized, special, and new professional park in Shenzhen. It has taken the lead in adopting a supply model of "low-cost development + high-quality construction + quasi-cost provision," providing low-cost, customized, and purchasable industrial space for the gathering and development of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises.
