The oil-containing wastewater in the refining and chemical tank area is mainly composed of a series of substances such as floating oil, dispersed oil, emulsified oil, dissolved substances, and suspended solids, among which the harmful components are complex and difficult to treat. Its main sources include condensate water, oil and gas condensate water, oil removal from gas extraction, equipment washing water, etc., in the refining production process. If these oily wastewater are not treated properly, they will cause great harm to the surrounding organisms and environment. From the perspective of sustainable development, serious oil-containing wastewater discharge in the refining and chemical tank area will cause trouble to people's production and living environment. At the same time, the large amount of crude oil loss in the wastewater also causes waste of resources.
To address the challenges and pain points of treating oil-containing wastewater in the refining and chemical tank area, Keleer Technology has developed a treatment process based on the core technologies of "CDFU (Cyclonic Dissolved gas Flotation Unit) cyclonic dissolved gas flotation unit and KHC high-efficiency coalescence oil remover." This process achieves pure physical oil-water separation and recovers crude oil while purifying wastewater. It not only meets the requirements of wastewater environmental protection discharge but also recycles crude oil in wastewater, turning waste into treasure to achieve economic benefits. The CDFU unit combines cyclonic centrifugal separation technology with dissolved air flotation technology and is developed with CFD optimization to create a highly efficient gas flotation oil-water separator with international advanced level. Through the action of cyclone, the effect of bubble flotation is greatly improved, the flotation residence time is shortened, and efficient and rapid oil removal is achieved. This unit is suitable for all kinds of oil-containing (including suspended solids) wastewater treatment. The KHC coalescence pressure oil remover adopts a bi-directional flow design and CFD to optimize the internal flow field, realize a reasonable layout of internal flow in the coalescence pressure oil remover, improve the separation efficiency, and greatly reduce the size of the container. By using high-efficiency coalescing inclined plates, the size of oil droplets is increased, the residence time of oil droplets is greatly shortened, and efficient oil-water separation is achieved, making the container smaller and more compact. Through the use of fully automatic control and closed pressure oil removal, the unit operates smoothly, safely, reliably, and conveniently, and can adapt to various complex conditions.
In this project, when the oil content in the influent is ≤60000ppm, after the oil-containing wastewater treatment equipment processing with the core technology of "CDFU cyclonic dissolved gas flotation unit + KHC coalescence oil remover," the oil content in the effluent is ≤100ppm, achieving good treatment effects.
