Recently, Sinok Technology successfully shipped a complete set of equipment for treating black water in a point source treatment project for oily wastewater developed and manufactured for a large petrochemical enterprise in Xinjiang. The equipment is being transported to the customer's project site for final installation and commissioning. Once put into operation, this equipment will ensure that the wastewater produced by the petrochemical enterprise meets the discharge standards, greatly reducing the risk of pollution to surrounding water sources from petrochemical production. It is understood that this project is located in a large petrochemical enterprise in Xinjiang. During its production process, a large amount of highly difficult-to-treat oily wastewater is generated, which has long been a problem affecting the rapid development of the enterprise. The core equipment of this set of black water treatment equipment is the "CDFU Cyclonic dissolved gas flotation unit + high-efficiency coagulation pressure oil remover," which integrates Keleer's advanced patented technologies such as microbubble generation, dissolved air flotation, vortex, and coagulation. It can effectively remove oil, suspended solids, and organic matter from wastewater. The process has high treatment efficiency and stability, strong impact resistance, and the treated water quality meets national discharge standards. The designed treatment capacity of this oily wastewater treatment equipment is 150m3/h. It adopts a modular design, operates fully enclosed and under pressure, without odor leakage, and achieves automatic drainage, oil removal, and air discharge. The equipment also has an automatic monitoring and alarm system, which can monitor and adjust the treatment process in real time to ensure stable and reliable treatment effects.

After the complete set of equipment for treating oily wastewater is put into use, the wastewater generated by multiple sets of electro-deionization equipment in the original refinery area and the black water generated in the tank area are transported through pipelines to the newly built black water treatment facility for centralized treatment. After the treated wastewater meets the standards, it is discharged to downstream sewage treatment plants for further treatment or reuse, significantly reducing the operating costs of the enterprise. The collected and treated oily sludge can be recycled, which can also improve the economic benefits of the refinery.
