Process Advantages

1. The first-stage CDFU achieves purely physical demulsification and separation — stable, reliable, and highly efficient in oil removal. Recovered oil reduces secondary pollution with no oily sludge (hazardous waste) generated, resolving environmental compliance issues while creating economic value.

2. The second-stage CDFU requires only a small amount of PAC, significantly reducing chemical dosage. Float scum volume is reduced by more than one-third, minimizing oily sludge (hazardous waste) generation and lowering secondary treatment costs.
