Highly Emulsified Acidic Water Treatment in Refining
Process Flow
Process Characteristics
First-stage CDFU for pure physical emulsion breaking and separation, stable, reliable, and highly efficient in oil removal. Recovered waste oil eliminates secondary pollution, doesn't generate oily sludge (hazardous waste), addressing environmental challenges while creating economic benefits.
Second-stage CDFU requires minimal PAC (Polyaluminum Chloride). Reduced chemical usage results in over 1/3 decrease in floating sludge volume, minimizing the generation of oily sludge (hazardous waste) and lowering secondary treatment costs.
Enclosed and pressurized operation, preventing hydrogen sulfide and gas leakage, ensuring a friendly and safe on-site environment with environmental protection measures.
Single-stage dwell time below 5 minutes, occupying less space, fully automated with easy maintenance, short construction period, suitable for online implementation.
Strong resistance to shocks, ensuring stable operation and capable of withstanding significant fluctuations in water quality.
