Continuous Reduced Pressure Electro desalination and Cutting Water Treatment
Process Overview
Process Introduction

The water cut from electrostatic desalting units is characterized by high oil content with large fluctuations, high resin and asphaltene content, severe emulsification, and a small oil-water density difference, making it extremely difficult to treat — a challenge that has troubled refineries for years without a satisfactory solution. Currently, most domestic refineries employ gravity sedimentation, hydrocyclone separation, membrane filtration, and similar processes. In practice, these approaches incur high operating costs and deliver unsatisfactory treatment results, frequently causing the influent oil content to the wastewater treatment plant to exceed limits, seriously affecting the plant's compliant discharge and the stability of wastewater reuse.
Sinokle has independently developed a complete solution for electrostatic desalting wastewater treatment, with "High-Efficiency Coalescing Oil Remover and CDFU (Cyclone Dissolved-Air Flotation)" patented technologies as the core. This solution employs entirely physical separation, featuring stable equipment operation, excellent treatment performance, small footprint, fully enclosed pressurized automatic operation, and safety and environmental compliance. The overall technology is at an internationally advanced level, and can be installed and commissioned online without shutting down the desalting unit.
Employs a High-Efficiency Coalescing Oil Remover + CDFU cyclone dissolved-air flotation combined process. Suitable for treatment of electrostatic desalting water cut with high oil content and severe emulsification.

Technological Advantages
Technological Advantage
Breaks away from the traditional density-difference-only separation mode; relies on gas-water and oil-gas-water density differences, oil removal is largely unaffected by oil density, dramatically improving separation efficiency
High-efficiency coalescing/inclined-plate pressure oil remover with high separation efficiency, strong shock resistance, resistance to clogging, and low energy consumption
High-efficiency compact dissolved-air flotation unit with compact structure and high separation efficiency, effectively removing emulsified oil without any chemical addition
The entire process achieves high oil removal efficiency and reliability; even with severe oil content fluctuations in the desalting wastewater, continuously and stably meets the requirements for the wastewater treatment plant influent
Automatic control operation with high automation level, low labor costs for operation and maintenance
Fully enclosed operation, no hazardous gas leakage, minimal impact on personnel and surrounding environment
Reasonably priced equipment with high cost-effectiveness, delivering significant economic and social benefits
Can be installed and commissioned online without shutting down the desalting unit, without affecting normal production
